This License exists to guarantee user freedom, protect the creator's authorship, and prevent commercial exploitation of the Software.

§3 Conditions

3.1 — Attribution Required

All copies, modified versions, forks, or redistributions must clearly state:

"Based on Wizard Browser — originally created by NaniIsNano."

This attribution must appear in the README, documentation, project website(s), and any "About" or "Info" menu inside the software. Hiding, removing, or obscuring this attribution is prohibited.

3.2 — Non-Commercial Only

Commercial use is strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Selling the software or access to it
  • Paid features or subscriptions
  • Ads, advertising networks, or sponsored content
  • Affiliate links or paid promotions
  • Paid data collection
  • Any form of monetization or commercial partnerships

3.3 — Copyleft (Share Alike)

Any modifications, improvements, or forks must be distributed under this same License (WPL-1.0). Re-licensing under different terms is not allowed.

3.4 — Branding Protection

The name "Wizard Browser", all logos, visual identities, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of NaniIsNano. Forks must use their own distinct branding and may not use "Wizard Browser" or confusingly similar names.

§4 Commercial Use is Prohibited Permanently

Commercialization is not allowed now or in the future by anyone, including the original author, unless a separate license is explicitly released by NaniIsNano.

§5 Violation & Termination

5.1 — Automatic Termination

Any breach of this License (including missing attribution, commercial use, or obfuscation of origin) causes immediate automatic termination of all rights granted under this License.

5.2 — Violator Obligations

Upon termination, the violator must:

  • Immediately cease all use, modification, distribution, and hosting of the Software and any derivative works.
  • Delete or make private all copies and forks within 48 hours of receiving notice or becoming aware of the violation.

5.3 — Rights of the Original Author

In case of violation, NaniIsNano reserves the right to:

  • Demand immediate takedown of all violating copies and derivatives.
  • Publicly mark the violating project as unauthorized and in breach.
  • Fork, correct, or re-release any derivative work under their own control.
  • Pursue all available legal remedies under copyright law, including injunctions, damages, and attorney fees.
Violators have no license to continue using the Software or derivatives after termination.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
